Product Introduction >>
Jana Andewa is made primarily from unsaturated polyester resin, reinforced with alkali-free glass fiber mat, and further enhanced with weather-resistant polyester mat and weather-resistant fluorocarbon coating. It is produced using composite pultrusion technology, with a tensile strength of 80KN (8 tons), high temperature, and high pressure. The product design is rational, addressing common issues such as the aging resistance, poor denseness, unstable geometrical dimensions, and low fire rating of conventional composite materials; it solves the corrosion resistance issue of metal roofing; and it tackles the problems of synthetic resin (PVC) shingles, which have a large coefficient of thermal expansion, are prone to deformation at high temperatures, and are not resistant to hail impact.

Weather-resistant properties
Dual weather protection with fluorocarbon coating and polyester felt ensures the longevity of Kanon Andva. Even when exposed to UV rays, heat, cold, humidity, and corrosive environments for extended periods, the product maintains stability, guaranteeing long-term safe use.
Excellent corrosion resistance
The raw materials of Jiana Andewa are inherently corrosion-resistant. After being soaked in a solution of 15% hydrochloric acid, 20% sulfuric acid, 40% hydrofluoric acid, 15% silicofluoric acid, 20% phosphoric acid, 20% nitric acid, 5% sodium hydroxide, and ammonia for 120 hours, the product showed no significant changes upon inspection.
Geometric dimensions are stable, non-deforming, and have excellent high-temperature resistance.
Jinan Andewa's production temperature is 180°C, with a hot deformation temperature exceeding 250°C; the coefficient of thermal expansion is 1.95x10-5°C-1, and there will be no collapse or deformation during use.
High hail impact resistance
Gan An Dewa utilizes alkali-free glass fiber sewing felt as reinforcement material, which remains unbroken when encountering hail with a diameter of 40mm or less. A 1kg steel ball, when dropped from a height of 2 meters above Gan An Dewa, does not cause any cracking.
Superior load-bearing capacity
Superior load-bearing capability. Kanamande utilizes advanced pultrusion technology, offering higher mechanical strength and physical properties. Under a rafter spacing of 1500mm, Kanamande can bear a load of 85kg without showing any significant changes.
Insulation, wind pressure resistance
Jinan Andewa insulation is non-conductive. It can withstand 2000Pa (equivalent to 8-10 levels of wind).
Applicable Industries >>
High-corrosion-resistant roof and wall tiles for buildings in industries such as chemicals, smelting, fertilizers, coking, casting, dyeing, carbon, ceramics, leather, galvanized, and acid production plants.
