Chain Bucket Dredger Overview：
(1) A chain bucket dredger is a modular excavation and sediment removal equipment. Once the construction site is ready for installation, it is prepared for production. The sand dredging bridge is slowly lowered into the water to a certain depth by the winch, allowing it to connect with the sediment layer, then driven by the upper guide wheel.Below, the bucket chain continuously and slowly operates, scooping up mud, sand, and stones into the bucket. It then lifts the material out of the water with the support of the bridge frame and bridge frame support wheels, transporting it to the top of the main frame. During this process, the filter holes at the bottom of the bucket remove most of the water from the material. After the bucket changes direction due to the rotation of the upper guide wheel, the material inside the bucket is poured into the hopper of the tower under its own gravity. It then enters the separator for classification and screening. If the material contains a high amount of mud, high-pressure water can be added simultaneously during the classification separation process for washing. After the classification and screening of the material is completed, the various materials enter different conveying devices for transport or discharge. If high-pressure water washing is added during the separation of the material, a sand-water separation device needs to be added subsequently.
(2) This dredger is powered by a diesel generator set for the entire vessel's use. Smaller chain bucket dredgers can be driven by diesel engines (with specific height requirements for the bucket's lifting and dumping material).
(3) The vessel is equipped with two forward electric winches at the bow and two positioning electric winches at the stern.
(4)The entire ship is blast-welded and painted, equipped with night working lighting.
