The specifications and physical properties of the packaging box floor, such as density, vary, affecting their thermal and sound insulation capabilities. Generally, higher density and thicker boards offer better insulation and soundproofing. Additionally, their electrical insulation properties are recommended, such as for use in electrical distribution rooms. When laying the packaging box floor, the long edge of the boards must be perpendicular to the direction of the sub-joists, and the joints should be staggered along the width. Before sealing, first draw lines on the board surface according to the spacing of the joists, pre-drill a shallow indentation at the position where the nail heads will pass, to ensure the board surface is flat and the screw heads are flush with the board.
