Zincalloy railing refers to balustrades made from zinc alloy materials, which have become the mainstream product for residential communities and perimeter fences due to their high strength, hardness, aesthetic appearance, and vibrant colors. Traditional railings, made of iron bars or aluminum alloy, require welding and other technical processes, and are softer, prone to rust, and lack variety in color. The base material for zincalume railing profiles is high-temperature hot-dip galvanized steel. Hot-dip galvanizing involves immersing steel in a molten zinc bath at several thousand degrees, after which the zinc penetrates into the steel, forming a unique zinc-steel alloy. The surface of hot-dip galvanized materials requires no further treatment and can remain rust-free in outdoor environments for up to 30 years, as seen in applications like highway guardrails and high-voltage towers, where the anti-corrosion protection lasts for 30 years. This solves the long-standing issue of balancing corrosion resistance, aesthetics, and safety.
