Overview of 2SK two-stage water ring vacuum pump
The 2SK series two-stage water ring vacuum pump and the 2SK-P1 series two-stage water ring vacuum pump atmospheric jet pump unit are used to extract air and other non corrosive, water-insoluble, and solid particle free gases to achieve higher vacuum in closed containers.
It is widely used in vacuum evaporation, vacuum concentration, vacuum rehydration, vacuum impregnation, vacuum drying, and vacuum smelting in the fields of food, weaving chemical, metallurgical industry, and electronics. It has the characteristics of high vacuum degree, high pumping speed in high vacuum zone, compact structure, reliable operation, and easy maintenance.
The 2SK series is suitable for working conditions where the suction pressure is below -0.08MPa. The 2SK-P1 series is suitable for working conditions where the suction pressure is below -0.096MPa. When equipped with an atmospheric pump, the limited vacuum degree can reach -750mmHg.
The working vacuum range is -0.03-0.08MPa.
The main purpose of 2SK two-stage water ring vacuum pump

Rotary vane vacuum pump is a basic equipment for obtaining vacuum. It can be used alone or as a pre pump and pre pump for various high vacuum systems.
2. The pump inlet shall operate continuously with open air for no more than three minutes.
3. Pumps are not suitable for extracting gases that are corrosive to metals, react chemically with pump oil, contain particulate dust, or contain explosive gases with high oxygen content.
4. Pumps shall not be used as compression pumps or delivery pumps.
5. The working environment of the pump: within the temperature range of 5 ℃ -40 ℃, with a relative temperature not exceeding 90% and an inlet pressure less than 1333Pa, it is allowed to operate continuously for a long time.
6. When installing the power supply, follow the wiring instructions on the motor label and ensure that the direction of motor rotation is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the support.
7. The diameter of the pipeline for continuous pumping of containers should not be less than the inlet diameter of the pump, and the pipeline should be short and have fewer bends, while paying attention to pipeline leakage.
8. Before starting each time, pay attention to checking the oil level, and it is advisable to fill the oil to a height of 4/5 of the diameter of the oil gauge glass when stopping the pump.
9. The pump oil used is clean SY1634-701 vacuum pump oil.
10. The pump can be started once under atmospheric or any vacuum level. If the XZ-1 single-stage pump has difficulty starting, the intake pipe plug cap can be removed to start and then put into operation.

Equipment installation of 2SK water ring vacuum pump
The installation dimensions of the 2SK series two-stage water ring vacuum pump are shown in Figures 5, 6, 7, and 8.
1. Installation of 2SK water ring vacuum pump:
When the 2SK water ring vacuum pump is delivered to the installation site, if any damage is found or if it is installed 8 months after leaving the factory, it should be disassembled, inspected, and repaired before installation.
Before installation, manually rotate the coupling Lv to confirm if the pump is stuck. The 2SK-0.4 and 2SK-0.8 pumps can be checked by opening the motor cover and rotating the motor fan several times. The foundation of the 2SK water ring vacuum pump should be kept level to ensure that the pump is placed horizontally.
2. Installation of pipeline for 2SK water ring vacuum pump:
The flange connection of the 2SK water ring vacuum pump pipeline should be heated to ensure reliable sealing, especially if there is a slight looseness in the intake pipeline of the 2SK water ring vacuum pump, the predetermined vacuum degree cannot be achieved. The intake pipe near the pump must be equipped with a gate valve to be closed before parking, in order to prevent water in the pump from flowing back to the intake pipe or even the sealed container under the pressure of the exhaust pipe. Install a vacuum gauge between the intake gate valve and the pump intake to check if the pump is functioning properly at any time. A gate valve should also be installed on the water supply pipeline of the 2SK water ring vacuum pump to adjust the water supply to meet the specified requirements.
3. Installation of gas water separator for 2SK water ring vacuum pump:
The 2SK water ring vacuum pump air-water separator is placed on the foundation according to Figure 8. If it is necessary to change the installation position, attention should be paid to the connection pipeline of the separator, which should not be too long, and the transformation should not be too rapid (the distance between the connection pipeline and the pump inlet should not exceed half a meter in height, 2 meters in length, and no more than three transformations, otherwise the flow loss of water and gas in the pipeline will increase, thus increasing the pressure at the pump exhaust end, reducing flow rate and vacuum degree, and increasing power consumption.
