1. The main function of the high-speed mixer is to quickly and uniformly mix and plasticize the well proportioned materials at high temperatures. 2. Granulator production equipment

Firstly, add the temperature to the granulator in advance according to the temperature we have set. After the temperature control meter on the granulating equipment shows that it reaches the temperature we have set, use the automatic feeding machine to feed the raw materials mixed in the high-speed mixer to the hopper. After passing through the feeding machine, they are plasticized again by the screw and transported from the screw to the extrusion granulation mold. Through a series of processes such as cutting and air conveying, granular materials are produced one by one for use in the edge banding extruder. This equipment can also produce granular materials for other products.

3. Edge banding equipment extruder

Heating and plasticizing raw materials, regulating equipment temperature, heating and cooling, and adjusting production speed are all accomplished by it. For the production of special-shaped materials with small cross-sectional sizes such as edge banding, a single screw extruder is generally selected for molding and processing to avoid the waste of production resources and energy. The larger the extrusion output, the larger the screw diameter; The larger the cross-sectional area (cross-sectional size) of the profiled material, the larger the diameter of the screw. 4. Edge banding equipment mold

5. Edge banding water tank

The cooling and shaping table is equipped with a water tank and a water circulation system. The water tank is made of stainless steel material, and the cooling is achieved by circulating water spray cooling. The shaping table is equipped with front and rear moving devices and left and right, high and low adjustment devices.

The edge banding strip has just been extruded from the mold and the temperature is relatively high. It requires patterns or company brand printing to be completed directly from the mold, and then the product is cooled and shaped better through a water tank.

6. Adhesive traction machine integrated machine

The cooled and shaped edge banding is coated with adhesive in one go using a back adhesive traction machine, which is convenient and fast. As long as the equipment is adjusted, there is no need for manual operation during the production process.

The traction machine is used to continuously and automatically pull the cooled and formed rubber strips out of the machine head, and the production speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion.

7. Edge banding automatic winding machine

After passing through the traction machine, the rubber strip can be collected by a horizontal winding disc, and the winding speed is synchronized with the traction speed.

When the set distance is reached, it will automatically cut off, and there is also artificial intelligence that does not require workers to change.
