1. Introduction
The HK5516 speed sensor adopts magnetic sensing effect. When the metal teeth pass through the front end of the sensor, it causes a change in magnetic field. The sensor detects the change in magnetic field and converts it into an alternating electrical signal. The built-in circuit of the sensor amplifies and shapes the signal, and outputs a good rectangular pulse signal. The measurement frequency range is 1-20KHZ, and the output signal is stable. It is easy to install, oil and waterproof, and has been widely used in speed measurement fields such as power, automotive, aviation, textile, petrochemical, etc.

2.2 Measurement range: 0-20KHz
2.3 Speed measuring gear form: module 2-4 (involute gear)
2.4 Output signal: Square wave, with peak to peak value approximately equal to the operating power supply voltage, independent of speed, output current of 20mA
2.5 Working temperature: -30~+90 ℃ -30~+150 ℃ (specially customized)
2.6 Thread specification: Φ 16 sensor (installation thread: M16 × 1) or M10 * 1 L=60, other sizes can be customized
2.7 Installation gap: 1-2mm
2.8 Weight: Approximately 120
3. Installation
Install a magnetic material on the tested axisGears made of materials such as iron and steel, with a width greater than 5mm and a depth greater than 1mm.Hall、Magnetic reluctance or eddy current sensors are installed on the speed measuring bracket, radially aligned with the gear. The installation gap is0.5~2mmbetween. The signal output cable of the sensor is a three core shielded cable, and a stainless steel metal hose high-temperature cable can be customized.
