42crmo alloy steel pipeIt is a type of seamless pipe with much higher characteristics than ordinary seamless pipes. Due to the high content of Cr in this type of seamless steel pipe, its heat resistance and corrosion resistance are not as good as other seamless pipes. Therefore, alloy steel pipes are widely used in fields such as chemical plants, power engineering, and heating furnaces.
Seamless pipe specifications: 38-133 * 3-45mm 177-377 * 10-100mm. The main materials are Q345B, Q355B, 20cr, 40cr, 35crmo, 42crmo
The basic principle of hydrogen purification in 42crmo alloy steel pipe is that, at 300-500 ℃, when the hydrogen to be purified enters one side of the 42crmo alloy steel pipe, the hydrogen is adsorbed on the inner wall of the 42crmo alloy steel pipe. Because the 4d electron layer of palladium lacks two electronic devices, it can form unstable ionic bonds with hydrogen (such reactions between palladium and hydrogen are reversible). Under the effect of palladium, hydrogen is hydrolyzed into protons with a half diameter of 1.5 × 1015m, and the lattice constant of palladium is 3.88 × 10-10 meters (at 20 ℃). Therefore, according to the 42crmo alloy steel pipe, under the effect of palladium, protons fuse with electronic devices and produce hydrogen molecules again. The other side of the CRMO alloy steel pipe escaped.
On the surface of Q345B alloy tube, undissociated vapor cannot pass through, so high-purity hydrogen can be obtained using Q345B alloy tube. Although palladium has unique properties for hydrogen passage, pure palladium has poor physical properties, is prone to air oxidation at high temperatures, has low work hardening temperatures, and is prone to deformation and aging of Q345B alloy tubes. Therefore, pure palladium cannot be used as a passage membrane.
The allowable error of wall thickness for 42crmo alloy tube is S ≤ D0.3S/D0.05S/D ≤ 0.10.025S/D ≤ 0.05S/D ≤ 0.025G1 ± 16%, less than ± 0.7mmS2A ± 11.5%, less than ± 0.5mmB. The positive error lies in the weight regulation of -11.5S3A ± 12%, less than ± 0.3mmB ± 12% ± 11.5% ± 16%, less than ± 0.5mmC. The positive error lies in the net weight regulation of -12% S4A ± 6.5%, less than ± 0.16mmB ± 6.5% ± 11.5% ± 16%, less than ± 0.3mmS5 ± 5%, less than ± 0.10mm. Note: S is the allowable wall thickness for 42crmo alloy tube, and D is the allowable diameter for 42crmo alloy tube.
