The thickness of the explosion-proof window (wall) surface must be greater than 50mm, the weight must be less than 20kg/㎡, and the selected materials must meet the requirements for pressure relief during explosion-proof detachment
The venting pressure value is set to 20-40pst for the wall and 60-90pst for the roof, and must also meet local wind load requirements.

Lightweight pressure relief windows (weighing no more than 60KG/㎡) commonly used in industrial and civil plant boiler rooms, hazardous goods warehouses, etc. usually have insulation type and lighting type explosion relief windows. The explosion relief pressure value is usually between 20-40PSF. When an explosion or combustion occurs inside the building, the gas pressure inside the room rises sharply. The explosion relief window is opened and the pressure is released through explosion relief fittings or devices to control the occurrence of the explosion or minimize the degree of damage. Quantify the function of the explosion bolt and dynamically control the release pressure based on the explosion pressure value.

Explosion proof window is a new type of pipe support for power plant steam pipelines, mainly made of steel plates and vermiculite processing, with additional foaming agents, flame retardants, and catalysts added. It is a foamed polymer with plastic, rubber, and cork characteristics generated through high-speed mixing and mixing reactions. Bubbles are composed of thousands of extremely small and uniform independent cells, forming a three-dimensional honeycomb structure. High temperature explosion venting windows have excellent properties such as high compressive strength, high thermal conductivity, and low water absorption, which are difficult to compare with asphalt wood products and other types of cushioning materials. They are ideal materials for cryogenic pipeline supports, saddles, and low-temperature equipment pads.

The explosion-proof window should serve the following purpose:
1. In the event of an explosion, set notifications based on the force and reflected pressure of the explosion event. Explosion proof windows can withstand the range of explosive pressure and provide necessary protection against personnel injury and property damage;
2. In the event of an explosion, the explosion-proof window can still be used normally without reaching the predetermined explosion level;
3. When an explosion occurs, the explosive power reaches the preset level, but still remains to prevent trapped personnel and block the window components used by the storm;
4. Close the necessary wall isolation for venting to prevent direct convection between the isolated space and the outside air, in order to reduce pollution outside the isolated and protected space
