Operation Guide


1. Noodles mixing: Pour the flour into the flour mixer, then add water at a ratio of about 25% according to the regulations. Start the conveyor and mix the flour and water evenly until they reach a granular shape (use after 10 minutes), and it is ready to use


2. Adjustment: adjust the roll gap with the hand wheel. The reference data of the roll gap of each group is: (except for units above 330) In the adjustment process, it is sometimes difficult to adjust the number of hand wheels tightly or loosely at one time. The key is to find out the reason and be patient. If you are not skilled, you can stop the machine to adjust it. Lock the hand wheel after it is normal.


3. Operation: Put the mixed flour into the flour hopper, press the knife and fix the knife stopper, and then start the machine. The panel from the third group should be manually guided to the next group (and so on for multiple groups) to complete the operation.


Common Faults


1. The panel cannot be connected properly?

Due to improper adjustment of the gap between the rolling rolls, there may be plate breakage and excess plate phenomenon. If the previous panel is thin and the next panel is thick, and the demand for the next panel is high, plate breakage will occur. Conversely, if the demand for the next panel is high, excess plate will occur. Therefore, when adjusting the gap between the rolling rolls for plate breakage, reduce the gap between the next pair of rolls to make it uniform.


2. Is the panel running along the edge or uneven thickness on both sides of the panel?

It is caused by the inconsistent gap between the two ends of the roller, so adjust the gap between the two ends of the roller to make it uniform.


3. Are the panels and noodles curved?

The installation angle of the roller scraper and cutting blade comb is too large or the comb blade edge is reversed. Adjust it to the correct position.


4. Is the panel stuck to the rolling mill?

It is due to surface damage, excessive moisture, or loose scraper bolts.


5. Can't you break the noodles?

If the cutting edge of the cross-section does not match the bottom plate, adjust the cutting edge of the cross-section to the correct position.


6. Is the noodle strip broken?

Safety and Maintenance

1. The operator should carefully study the instructions before use and strictly follow the instructions for operation.

9. Idle for 10-15 minutes before pressing, and maintain an indoor temperature of 10-15 degrees Celsius or above during winter production.

10. After shutdown, keep the machinery clean and ensure that there are no residues or surface blanks inside each rolling mill.

11. Lubrication should be maintained for all gears and rolling bearings.

12. It is strictly prohibited for other hard objects to fall into the rolling mill and gears.

13. Replace the bearing grease every six months.

14. It is strictly prohibited to adjust the gap between the rollers to more than 5 millimeters during operation.

Installation method


1. Connect the holes on the base of the strip picking machine and the front legs of the noodle hanging machine with M10 bolts and adjust them to the center.

2. The cutting head of the noodle machine and the bottom shaft of the strip picking machine are connected by the chain carried by the main machine and tightened with adjusting wheels.

Debugging method:

Before using the machine, it must be debugged to ensure that the noodle length is perfectly aligned with the lifting rod.

Method: Before starting up, pull the chain hook by hand to make the left and right hooks symmetrical. Then start up and test roll the noodles. According to the length of the noodle hanging, stop the machine and pull the chain until the noodles are just in the middle of the noodle rod and the lower end is neat.


Production line configuration

4. Drying system
