Working principle:
Push the material bucket into the lifting arm, which is controlled by electrical and hydraulic systems to lift or lower, thus completing the lifting, transportation, and feeding of materials.

High tech equipment integrating mechanics, electronics, and hydraulics, with small size, smooth operation, and safety and reliability. The barrel body is made of stainless steel and polished with inner and outer mirror surfaces, which is smooth and free of dead corners, meeting GMP requirements. The fixed lifting column frame can rotate at a certain angle; Mobile lift can move freely in the workplace, and it is lightweight and flexible to move; The mobile lifting and flipping type can be designed and manufactured with a lifting and feeding arm that matches the user's original material bucket. The material bucket can be clamped, lifted, and flipped 180 degrees. The material bucket can serve as both a batching bucket and a storage turnover bucket for the previous process, as well as a feeding hopper for the next process (pressing, filling, counting, etc.). Sealed transportation eliminates pollution during transportation. Patent discharge valve, small in size, easy to discharge and clean. Completely changed the traditional manual operation method, reduced the labor intensity of operators, closed production, avoided dust flying and cross contamination during production and transportation, fully complying with GMP requirements.
