Overview of System Principles
Using the principles of optical triangulation and echo analysis for imaging, and employing precision sensors for non-contact measurement of belt tear crack width and depth. The laser and camera are respectively installed on the left and right lower sides of the upper belt. The laser emits a laser beam towards the bottom of the belt, which is reflected on the surface of the belt and collected by the camera. The center of the laser stripe is automatically extracted, and the height and depth parameters of the belt section are analyzed using the triangulation method, and the real-time output is sent to the control computer. Through computer software analysis and data restoration, the bottom of the belt is obtained3D Image. It can intuitively determine whether the belt has torn.
