2、 Characteristics of automated mixed packaging production line equipment:
1. Automated feeding includes: starting the mixer, aligning the position, and who is feeding the material into the bin at the feeding port.
2. Extend the dust cover and connect it to the feeding bin opening.
3. Open the discharge valve of the feeding bin, the inlet valve of the mixer, and the feeding.
4. After feeding, close the two feeding valves and retract the docking dust cover.
5. Start the operation program after the loading is completed.
6. Stir and mix according to the user's set time.
7. After the mixing operation is completed, automatically align the position and align the discharge port with the discharge bin port.
8. Extend the dust cover and connect it to the outlet of the material bin

10. After discharging, retract the dust cover and automatically close the discharge valve.
