Overview and Applications:
The JXG Rotating Grate Wastewater Treatment Machine is suitable for the pretreatment process in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. Specifically applied to: IMG_1779
1. Municipal water supply and drainage project pump stations, at the intake.
2. Removal of debris from industrial wastewater in sectors such as textiles, dyeing, slaughtering, leather making, and paper production.
3. Waste removal in sugar production, winemaking, and food processing.
4. Imported water intake points, import for thermal power plant cooling water.
Key Features:
Tightly structured, with simple electrical control and automated operation.
Good corrosion resistance, energy-saving, and low noise.
3. Continuous cleaning action, clean slag discharge, and high separation efficiency.
Working Principle
The equipment consists of a frame, power unit, rake chain, cleaning mechanism, and electrical control box. The rake chain is made of special shaped rakes from several sets of ABS engineering plastic, nylon, or stainless steel, assembled in a certain sequence on the rake shaft to form a closed-loop rotating chain, with the lower part installed below the liquid surface in the inlet channel. As the transmission system drives the sprocket to rotate uniformly and in a fixed direction, the entire rake chain moves from bottom to top, separating solid debris from the liquid. The fluid passes through the grate gaps of the rakes, with the entire working process continuously ongoing.
Due to the unique structural shape of the teeth, as the rake chain carries debris to the top and reverses, a relative self-cleaning motion occurs between the front and rear rows of teeth, prompting debris to fall off under gravity. Additionally, a pair of rubber brush pads is set at the rear of the equipment to ensure that each row of teeth is thoroughly cleaned as it moves to that position.
