Low-pressure vacuum carburizing furnace ICBP, featuring: no intergranular oxidation, minimal depth error of carburizing layer, high fatigue resistance, with both oil quenching and gas quenching capabilities, short carburizing time, and carbon control.3. The main machine is equipped with a 4-axis measuring system, featuring a wide range of measurement parameters, broad application scope, fully automatic measurement cycle completion, fast speed, high measurement accuracy, and stable readings.Product Quality(1) Gears are precision turned on CNC lathe, ensuring good concentricity in the products.(2) Features straight/skewed teeth, suitable for various operating conditions.(3) Available in heat treated/unheat treated types; same modulus can have various strengths.(4) Gear lifespan extended and noise reduced through the use of new technologyOur products feature minimal cumulative error, consistent gear shapes, smooth transmission, and no noise.
