The electrical opening and closing machine features an all-sealed mechanical and electrical integration structure, suitable for outdoor use, and utilizes worm gear and worm transmission. It is equipped with stroke limiters and torque protection devices. The stroke limiter consists of a set of counting gears and hard contact limit switches. When the gate is fully opened or closed, the counting gears drive the stroke limiter rod, activating the hard contact limit switches to automatically stop the opening and closing action of the gate. If the stroke limiter switch fails to activate due to any reason, the torque protection switch engages to protect the opening and closing mechanism from accidental damage. The electric unit is also designed with a pointer-type opening indicator and a heating resistor. The pointer-type opening indicator is connected to the counting gears, allowing for a direct indication of the gate's opening position. The heating resistor automatically connects during the operation of the opening and closing machine to remove moisture from the electric unit, ensuring internal dryness and reliable operation of all electrical components. The gate nut and the output end of the electric unit are connected using a ratchet-type connector, which has gaps in the ratchet jaws to create a hammering effect when the gate opens, achieving the purpose of hammering start, and increasing the pre-force during the opening and closing of the gate. The cast iron support is in a closed structure, designed to bear the weight or counterforce during gate opening and closing, and is fitted with heavy-duty bearings, with an exquisite appearance. It can be controlled on-site or remotely, and features manual and electric automatic switching.
