






Direct-connection screw drive actuators are driven by the motor directly rotating the worm and worm gear, featuring high power, simple structure, and ease of maintenance.
The two-in-one screw jack for flashlights is powered by an electric motor, which drives a belt pulley via a V-belt, and the V-belt then drives the belt pulley to rotate the worm gear.
Working Principle
The QL Type Direct-connected Screw Actuator is composed of worm, worm gear, screw, nut, thrust bearing, matching motor, and handwheel, etc. When the power (or handwheel) drives the worm to rotate, the worm gear and nut also rotate accordingly. The rotation of the worm gear and nut forces the screw to move up and down, thus controlling the gate's opening and closing as well as adjusting the water level and flow rate.
2. Structural Features
The key component, the worm gear of this machine, differs from traditional products by being cast in tin-phosphorus bronze (ZCuSn10P1). The worm gear teeth are treated with high-frequency quenching and machined on a special grinding machine, offering excellent wear resistance and significantly extending the service life.
(2) The machine features excellent self-locking performance and a simple structure. It can be adjusted using a mechanical altimeter, allowing the gate to remain at any height. It also allows setting of opening and closing heights, as well as upper and lower limits. During automatic control of the pump station, an electronic altimeter can be configured for local and centralized control.
(3) Equipped with electrical protection devices, stroke limit switches, and dual-purpose electrical interlock devices for flashlight use, this system provides bidirectional overload automatic protection for door opening and closing. The device allows for interlocking of flashlights and features waterproof capabilities.
