Direct-driven screw actuators are powered by motors that directly drive the worm shaft and worm gear, offering high power and a simple structure, making them easy to maintain.
The two-in-one hand-held screw opener is driven by a motor connected to a belt pulley, which then turns the worm gear through a V-belt.
Operating Principle
The QL type direct-connection screw jack is composed of a worm screw, worm gear, screw, nut, thrust bearing, matching motor, and hand crank. When the power (or hand crank) drives the worm screw to rotate, the worm gear and nut also rotate. The rotation of the worm gear and nut forces the screw to move up and down, which in turn drives the gate to control its opening and closing as well as the adjustment of water level and flow rate.
2. Structural Features
The key component of this machine, the worm gear, differs from traditional products in that it is cast from tin phosphorus bronze (ZCuSn10P1). The worm gear teeth are treated with high-frequency quenching and precision machined on a special grinding machine, offering excellent wear resistance and significantly extending service life.
(2) The machine boasts excellent self-locking performance and a simple structure. It can be adjusted using a mechanical altimeter, allowing the gate to remain at any desired height. It also allows setting of opening and closing heights, as well as upper and lower limits. For automatic control of pump stations, an electronic altimeter can be configured for local and centralized control.
(3) Equipped with electrical protection devices, stroke limit switches, and a dual-purpose electrical interlock with flashlight, this system provides automatic overload protection for both opening and closing doors. The interlock allows the flashlight to be locked, and it features waterproof capabilities.
(4) This machine boasts compact size, light weight, attractive design, rapid speed increase, direct connection between the motor and worm without slippage, and more, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
