Once the winch equipment is set up, it is necessary to inspect and adjust it.
1. Open Gear Drive cm02, with a tooth side clearance of 0.42 mm, the contact area along the tooth height is not less than 40%, and along the tooth length is not less than 50%.
2. Inspect the transmission systems of the braking unit for smooth operation and secure fit, and adjust the gap between the brake shoes and the brake wheel when releasing the lever to no more than 0.7-0.8mm.
3. Inspect the operation and stability of all transmission systems of the safety brake and adjust the slack in the brake shoes and brake wheel to ensure the gap is not more than 1.5mm when releasing the brake.
4. Verify that the control electrical equipment for the operating and safety brakes is interlocked with the main motor, i.e., recommend releasing the operating brake of the main motor, and the operating brake of the auxiliary motor is engaged, while only releasing the safety brake is recommended to adjust the main motor.
Winch with smooth surface
1. Select winter gear oil or full cylinder oil for the reducer to ensure smooth operation, with the oil level ensuring the worm shaft is fully submerged in oil. Change the oil for the reducer once a year.
2. The main shaft bearings and the output shaft of the reducer should be timely replaced or supplemented with No. 4 calcium-based grease, changing the oil every two years.
3. Prior to each operation, lubricate the open gears with smooth oil.
4. All other smooth areas should be lubricated before each operation, particularly the thrust rings between the two gears on the reducer output shaft and the sleeve of the sliding gear should be lubricated with grease.
Winch trial operation
Winch equipment, upon completion, after inspection and adjustment and confirmation of no discrepancies, may be oiled for smooth operation. Perform a no-load test run, then proceed with load operation, gradually increasing to the rated load. Under standard voltage, the current does not exceed the rated value, and the motor, reducer, and other components do not overheat.
