








Once the winch equipment is set up, it is necessary to conduct inspections and adjustments.
1. Open gear drive cm02, with a tooth side clearance of 0.42mm, the contact area along the tooth height is not less than 40%, and the length along the tooth is not less than 50%.
2. Inspect the operation of the brake system's transmission components for smoothness and reliability, and adjust the clearance between the brake shoe and the brake wheel during release to not exceed 0.7-0.8mm.
3. Inspect that all transmission systems of the safety brake are loose and secure, and adjust so that the clearance between the brake shoe and the brake wheel when releasing the brake is not more than 1.5mm.
4. Verify that the control electrical equipment for the operational brake and the safety brake is interlocked with the main motor, i.e., recommend releasing the operational brake of the main motor, engaging the brake of the auxiliary motor when the main motor is running, and only adjust the main motor when the safety brake is released.
Winch with smooth operation
1. Select winter gear oil or full cylinder oil for the reducer to ensure smooth operation, with the oil level ensuring that the worm shaft is fully immersed in the oil. Change the oil for the reducer once a year.
2. The main shaft bearing and the output shaft end of the reducer should be timely replaced or supplemented with No. 4 calcium-based grease, changing the oil once every two years.
3. Add smooth oil to the open gears before each operation.
4. All other smooth areas should be lubricated before each operation, particularly the thrust rings between the two gears on the reducer output shaft and the bushes of the sliding gears, which should be oiled with lubricant.
Trolley test operation
Winch equipment, upon completion, is checked and adjusted, confirmed to be free of errors, and then lubricated at all smooth parts. Perform a no-load test operation, then conduct load operation after rotation, gradually loading up to the rated load. Under standard voltage, the current does not exceed the rated value, and the motor, reducer, and other parts do not overheat.
