Perforated Decorative Aluminum Single Sheet — Product Introduction
Perforated aluminum panel is a metal decorative material made primarily from high-grade aluminum alloy. It is formed according to the dimensions, shapes, and construction forms designed on-site for the project, utilizing CNC bending and other technologies to ensure flatness after processing. It is further processed with a fluorocarbon coating on its surface to create a grid with consistent spacing proportions, making the woven aluminum panel more capable of meeting customer requirements.
Perforated aluminum panel with carved patterns — Product Advantages
1. Lightweight, rigid, and high in strength; excellent weather resistance and welding properties; easy to clean, maintain, and boasts superior anti-pollution performance; offers a wide range of color options for decorative effects. Compared to traditional aluminum-plastic panels, it has the advantages of being easily processed on-site and lower waste, especially with significantly higher stiffness and strength than aluminum-plastic panel facades.
2. Perforated aluminum single panels are coated with fluorocarbon paint, offering resistance to ultraviolet rays, humidity, temperature, and atmospheric corrosion without fading. The panels are lightweight with a simple installation structure, and they also exhibit excellent bending strength and wind resistance.
3. Primarily composed of panels, ribs, and ear hooks, the back of the panel can be reinforced with insulation material upon special requests. The ear hooks can be formed by bending and stamping the sheet directly or by riveting angle codes onto the panel. The welding screws connecting the ribs and the back of the panel to the panel itself form a sturdy unit, significantly enhancing the strength and rigidity of the aluminum panel. This ensures flatness and wind resistance over long-term use.
