Grouting pipes are used for reinforcing building soft foundations, slope reinforcement, and pile grouting materials. They are categorized into different types based on specifications and materials, such as standard grouting pipes, grouting steel mesh pipes, sleeve valve pipes, advanced small diameter pipes, single-use plastic grouting pipes, and pipe shed pipes, etc. The general specifications for standard grouting pipes are 25mm and 32mm, with a single length of 6 meters. These pipes are typically made of seamless steel tubes, divided into wire and helical types depending on the connection method, and are commonly used for pile grouting. Usually, holes are drilled at the bottom of the grouting pipes and wrapped with tape, which can get blocked by soil when inserted. During grouting, the pressure from the grouting material breaks the tape, allowing it to flow into the components that require reinforcement.
