The electric trolley is mainly composed of several parts, including the drive system, frame assembly, power supply unit, electrical control system, and sound and light alarm system.
The drive system is mainly composed of a drive motor, matching reducer, drive wheel, and driven wheel, etc. Operators can control the running functions of the flat car (start, run, decelerate, and stop) by using the function buttons on the hand-held button box. An electromagnetic brake is used for emergency braking of the flat car during an emergency situation. This function can be controlled via the function buttons or automatically activated by adding sensors.
The frame is constructed from high-quality steel (Q235) and is a panel structure composed of four longitudinal beams and several transverse beams and covers. Due to the eight-point bearing arrangement on the transverse beams, combined with the yoke bearing seats on the wheelset, the height of the platform is significantly reduced.
The vehicle's power supply is provided by a track (or battery pack) power supply unit. Operators control the vehicle using a wireless remote control (or a handheld button box provided with the vehicle). The electrical control unit manages the vehicle's operation, with audio and visual signals for alerts during operation.
