Description

The ZKJ Vacuum Feeding Machine utilizes a vacuum pump to draw air, maintaining a certain vacuum state at the inlet of the suction nozzle and throughout the entire system. Powder and granular materials are drawn along with the ambient air.

Material is吸入 through the feeding nozzle, forming a material gas stream, which travels through the feeding tube to the hopper, where air and material are separated. The separated material then enters the receiving equipment.

Material feeding and release are accomplished by continuously opening and closing an air-powered three-way valve, with the control center overseeing the operation of the valve's opening and closing.

Section 3: Debugging and Installation

Prior to using this equipment, please ensure that the compressed air source is clean and dry, with a working pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa.

1. The hopper of the feeding machine is generally fixed to the receiving equipment or mounted on a hand-cranked lifting cart. When mounted on a hand-cranked cart, the hopper can move up and down.

Adjust the position of the hopper on the feeding machine according to the height of the receiving equipment. For receiving equipment (such as packaging machines) with a higher hopper, an additional bracket for fixation is required.

Order the hopper for the vacuum feeding machine.

2. Connect the suction nozzle to the hopper and the hopper to the vacuum pump using hoses, and secure them tightly with clamps.

3. Connect the power supply. Use a three-phase five-wire cable, as the control circuit requires "Working 0" and "Protective 0" for safety.

The other function of "Protection 0" is to eliminate static interference generated during material transport that could cause the control chip to malfunction, leading to a system shutdown. Therefore,

4. Insert Φ10 compressed air tube into the system's intake port (filter and pressure reducing section), adjust the pressure reducing valve to maintain the system pressure at 0.6 MPa.

Connect the external compressed air pipe fitting to the external compressed air fitting on the vacuum hopper according to the assembly diagram.

5. Power on, open the box door, close the three-phase air switch. At this point, the hopper loading time and discharge time displays on the control box will illuminate.

6. Adjust the material feeding and release times. Use the touch buttons to set the feeding time between 8-20 seconds and the release time between 4-8 seconds.

7. Press the on/off button to activate the vortex air pump. Check the rotation direction of the vacuum pump. If there is no air exhaust from the exhaust port, the motor is running in reverse. Turn off the on/off switch.

Buttons to switch the phase sequence of the power connection until the air pump rotates correctly.

8. Press the on/off button to start the vortex air pump, insert the suction nozzle into the material box, and begin feeding material immediately. Suction - Discharge (while compressing air)

10. During the material conveying process, due to friction, a significant static electricity may be generated. To eliminate static electricity, consider reliably grounding the equipment's housing.

Four, cleaning

Open the clamp, disassemble and remove the vacuum hopper, and clean layer by layer.

2. Remove the filter component by opening the lid and clean it.

3.1 Polyester Coated Filter or PE Filter: Remove the filter component, brush off surface debris with a soft bristle brush, then clean internally and externally with compressed air.

3.2, 316L stainless steel filter or titanium metal filter: Remove the filter assembly, place the filter and filter dish together in the cleaning pool, with warm water

Soak for 5 minutes, clean the filter surface with a soft bristle brush, then blow off the filter interior moisture with compressed air, or the filter

Place in an ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning, which can be repeated 2-3 times until thoroughly clean. Afterward, leave it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area, or

Place in the drying oven and set to 50℃ for drying. Use again only after complete drying.

Remove the flap door seal and the drum body seal for cleaning.

4. All components of the vacuum hopper should be cleaned with clean water.

5. Open the secondary filter drum on the vacuum pump/rotary vane blower, remove the secondary filter element, and blow out the material from the creases of the filter element using compressed air.
