I. Working Principle of the Gravity-Free Blender

A gravity-free mixer is equipped with two parallel shafts rotating in opposite directions simultaneously, each shaft carrying a cruciform blade, synchronized by the driving device.

4. Material Feeding Device
Standard configuration of the gravity-free mixer includes a double-door flip flap large opening discharge valve, curved flip flap valve, perfectly fitting the cylinder's arc surface, ensuring thorough mixing without blind spots, and achieving uniform mixing of the materials.

Three common sealing modes for mixers: filling seal, combined gas seal, and mechanical seal.
