3. Agitator unit
The gravity-free mixer can adaptively adjust the twin-blade impeller according to the different properties of the material.

4. Material Feeding Device
Standard configuration of the gravity-free mixer includes a double-door flip flap large opening discharge valve, curved flip flap valve, perfectly fitting the cylinder's arc surface, ensuring thorough mixing without blind spots, and achieving uniform mixing of the materials.

Section II: Selection of Gravity-Free Blenders
1. Determine the volume of each batch of mixed material, ranging from 0.1 to 20 cubic meters, and select the corresponding equipment size.
2. Select equipment material: materials are divided into contact and non-contact parts with the material, while other equipment components maintain the original material.
Material selection is based on factors such as material properties, operating conditions, and hygiene levels, with common options including carbon steel.

After material selection, determine the surface treatment requirements as per specifications.
3. Determine the driving capacity based on the material's specific gravity, fluidity, and other properties, as well as the startup standards.

4. Based on actual process conditions, add auxiliary function components such as liquid spray, heating/cooling, etc.
5. Specify the opening requirements for design equipment, such as feed openings, cleaning ports, exhaust holes, etc.
6. Select the material discharge mode and drive method, which includes manual, pneumatic, and electric.
