2. Drive Configuration
Mixers are configured with drives of different capacities, powers, and output speeds based on material properties, start-up methods, and mixing techniques. The twin-shaft gravity-free mixers, due to the interlocking relationship of the internal blades, require a dual-shaft drive with synchronization capability. Shengli Company introduces four drive combinations suitable for various capacity requirements: twin-gearbox synchronous, single-gearbox dual-output, twin-planet gear synchronous, and bridge chainwheel chain drive.
The Sk series dual gear box synchronous assembly is configured for gravity-free mixer setups.
3. Mixing Device
The gravity-free mixer can adjust the double-axis paddle blades adaptively according to the properties of different materials.
Additional features such as wear-resistant mixing blades, spray mixing blades, and serrated mixing blades can be equipped on the gravity-free blender. These can include a crushing shaft inside the drum to break up materials in conjunction with the mixing flow.
4. Material Feeding Device
Standard configuration includes gravity-free mixer with double-door flip-top large opening discharge valve, curved flip-top valve, perfectly fitting the drum's curved surface to ensure thorough mixing with no dead spots and even material blending.
5. Dynamic shaft seal
Common sealing modes for mixers: filling seal, integrated gas seal, and mechanical seal.
Main shaft seals for solving particle, powder, micron-grade powder, liquid, and slurry states.
Section 2: Selection of Gravity-Free Blenders
1. Determine the volume of each batch of mixed materials, ranging from 0.1 to 20 cubic meters, and select the appropriate equipment size.
2. Select equipment material: materials are divided into contact and non-contact parts with materials, while other equipment components maintain the original material.
Material selection is based on material properties, working conditions, hygiene levels, and other factors. Common options include carbon steel.

3. Determine the driving capacity based on the material's specific gravity, fluidity, and other properties, as well as the startup standards.
