Reason for Noise

1. Vibration generation

(1) Rotating Machinery: Excessive vibration often occurs due to losses or bearing defects in many mechanical equipment, which are assembled with rotating parts, and this often results in noise.

(2) Impact: When an object is impacted, a large amount of kinetic energy is converted into energy of vibration or noise within a short period. Additionally, the frequency distribution of processes like stamping, press machines, and forging equipment is very broad.

(3) Resonance: Every system has a natural frequency. If the excited frequency range overlaps with the natural frequency, it will generate a significant vibration noise, such as in engines, electric motors, etc.

(4) Friction Noise: This noise is caused by the sliding phenomenon between contacting and adhering surfaces. Common equipment includes cutting, grinding, etc.

2. Create mobile venues.

Flow-induced aerodynamic noise, turbulence, jet flow, cavitation, gas cutting, eddies, etc.

At high speeds through tubes or metal surfaces, typical air flow obstructions in the tube often cause turbulence, or when encountering significant and rapid pressure changes, noise is produced.

3. Environmental Noise

Typical environmental noise usually originates from random noise sources, such as speeding vehicles, airplane horns, loud chatter, and various surrounding noise sources.

4. Combustion production

During the combustion process, phenomena such as explosions, exhaust emissions, and rising air currents generate disturbances in the surrounding air, all of which are accompanied by noise.

Engines, boilers, smelting furnaces, turbines, and other combustion equipment all produce this noise.

5. Other Noise

In daily life, household items such as air conditioners, speakers, inhalers, TVs, and more all produce sounds indoors.
