The MFPT cable protection tubes are primarily made with glass fiber and its products as reinforcing materials, and unsaturated polyester resins, epoxy resins, etc., composed of high polymer components as the basic materials. Quartz sand and calcium carbonate, among other inorganic non-metallic granular materials, are used as fillers. The tubes are available in lengths of 6m and 12m, and are manufactured using three methods: fixed-length winding, centrifugal casting, and continuous winding. They can be classified and categorized based on the product's manufacturing process, pressure rating PN, and stiffness rating SN.
The MFPT cable protection tube, with its smooth inner surface, low energy consumption in transportation, convenient transportation and installation, low maintenance costs, and overall low cost, has been applied in industries such as oil, electricity, chemicals, papermaking, urban water supply and drainage, factory wastewater treatment, seawater desalination, and gas transportation.
