Overview:

This equipment is a new model developed by our company through the integration of advanced domestic and international technologies, a high-tech product that combines light, electricity, gas, and mechanics. This has significantly improved the performance and work efficiency of the equipment, meeting the requirements for rapid boxing, while maintaining stability and reliability during fast operation.

The model is suitable for automatic filling and boxing of bottle-shaped items. The entire process, including online automatic bottle sorting and conveyance, manual leaflet folding (1 to 4 folds), detection, paper box picking, shaping, and conveyance, material loading into the box, imprinting batch numbers, sealing of the paper box ends with flaps (also applicable with hot melt glue), removal of short supplies, and finished product output, is all automated.
