The coil of flat steel, after longitudinal cutting and rolling, is unfolded, deburred, chamfered, straightened both longitudinally and laterally, and then cut to the exact length required by the customer.
Flat steel machines can be customized to meet customer and market demands, with rounded or square corners. Although flat steel machines have lower output, they offer high added value to finished products, especially for bright flat steel and stainless steel flat steel.
