Early缠绕film was mainly produced by blowing, evolving from single-layer to double and triple-layer. Currently, cast film production is predominant due to its advantages of uniform thickness, high transparency, and suitability for high pre-stretching rates. Single-layer cast film cannot achieve one-sided adhesion, limiting its application scope. The material selection for single and double-layer cast film is not as wide as for triple-layer cast film, and the formula cost is higher, so a triple-layer co-extrusion structure is more ideal. The缠绕film should possess high transparency, high longitudinal elongation, high yield point, high transverse tear strength, and good puncture resistance.
