Its working principle is as follows: dust is drawn into the dust collector housing internally through the suction pipeline by the fan's negative pressure. Larger particles are initially filtered by the filter and directly fall into the dust collector, while finer particles are captured by the filter on its outer surface. Clean air, after being filtered and purified through the filter core, flows into the clean room and is then exhausted out through the outlet by the fan. The entire dust collection and filtration process is a result of a combination of effects, including gravity, inertial force, collision, electrostatic attraction, and sieve filtration.

The dust collector is installed near the machinery that generates dust, and the user can self-configure metal or plastic suction hoses and dust hoods according to the intake port size on the dust collector.
