Inflatable expansion seals are hollow seals made from environmentally friendly silicone rubber material. After inflation, they expand and deform, and upon deflation, they quickly retract to their original shape, used for sealing gaps in machinery with special requirements.
Characteristics of inflatable expansion seals:
1. Inflate and seal both ends of the expansion gasket for use as a straight air bag.
2. Connects to circular inflatable seals of various diameters, and can also be assembled into square right-angle inflatable seal frames.
3. Designed different hollow cross-sectional shapes of the annular bodies based on the sealing gap size, fluid pressure, and expansion/contraction frequency. Shapes include circular, rectangular, square, trapezoidal, D-shaped, C-shaped, V-shaped, and M-shaped, among others.
4. Like standard solid seals, inflatable seals can achieve radial and axial sealing for equipment.
5. The inflation port is equipped with a metal valve or a flexible hose for intake and exhaust.
6. Colors: Natural silicone, porcelain white, red, blue, yellow, gray, black, etc.
7. Temperature Resistance: -60 to 280 degrees.
8. Inflating Pressure: 0.05-1.0 Mpa, varies depending on the cross-sectional size and wall thickness.
