● Each spandex core yarn and long-fiber core yarn is equipped with a servo drive, ensuring the two core filaments are fed synchronously to maintain consistent feeding ratio.

● Spandex elongation can be adjusted任意 between 1.3x and 5x, while the filament elongation can be set任意 between 1x and 2x. The spinning core yarn process is inputted through a color touch screen.

● The氨纶导丝辊is made of cold drawn seamless composite tube, while the long fiber guide roller is precision-machined from seamless steel tube. The surface is specially treated, ensuring stable draw ratio and guaranteeing the quality of the yarn.

The guide roller turns smoothly and stably, ensuring good yarn quality. The position of the guide roller can be horizontally adjusted by turning the knob; its height is also adjustable, allowing for the adjustment of core wire feeding angle. This accommodates the requirements of various core yarn varieties and keeps the process in an ideal state.

●The guide rollers and guide spindles are both black, with clear black and white contrasts, facilitating observation and operation, and effectively preventing the production of hollow yarn.
