Hydraulic flow control gate assembly:
The fluid flow limiter is composed of a throttle gate, a hydraulic cylinder, and a hydraulic opening and closing system. It features a simple structure, easy maintenance, lightweight, and can be used in any direction, with remote operation capabilities. The hydraulic operation is achieved by providing pressure to the cylinder through an external pump station. The cylinder is connected to the throttle gate, which completes the opening and closing of the gate.
The hydraulic flow control gate is composed of the gate outer frame, movable gate, guide rail, seal ring, hydraulic cylinder, and control system. The hydraulic flow control gate, based on the level gauge water level, transmits the signal to the RTU, enabling the calculation of the correct gate position through the signal. The gate's opening is controlled by an actuator. The hydraulic flow control gate can be categorized into flat gates and swing gates, also known as hydraulic rotary weirs. They are commonly used in intercepting and collecting projects, installed at wastewater outlets or rainwater outlets, serving the functions of waste water interception, separation, and rainwater-sewage separation.

Maintenance of hydraulic flow control gates and other metal structures:
1. Gate Cleaning: Clean gates and gate grooves of silt, dirt, adhered aquatic organisms, and other debris to maintain gate cleanliness and the integrity of the coating.
2. Gate Adjustment: When the gate is off-center, it should be adjusted in coordination with the opening and closing mechanism to correct the deviation; the side wheels should maintain consistent gaps with both sides of the gate slots.
3. Maintenance of gate walking support and guiding devices: Gates should be regularly lubricated at parts such as roller wheels, lifting ears, and shaft pins.
4. Maintenance of gate water stop device: Should fit tightly against the water stop plate.
5. Door Jamb Maintenance: Ensure a firm connection with the substrate and a smooth surface. Clean debris promptly and flush regularly.
The hydraulic flow control gate can be installed in the upstream or downstream. As an integrated system, the hydraulic flow control gate can be mounted at the pipeline mouth or any location along the channel, offering a wide range of applications and cost-effectiveness. The gate is activated and closed based on the data detected from the installed level gauge and rainfall sensor. Once the entire equipment is installed, we set the level and rainfall values; the gate will automatically open once the level or rainfall reaches these values. If the level or rainfall falls below the set values, the gate will execute the closing action. The hydraulic flow control gate consists of the gate frame, movable gate, guide rail, seal, hydraulic cylinder, and control system. The level gauge transmits the water level signal to the RTU, allowing for the calculation of the gate's correct position and control of the gate's opening via the actuator.
