Hydraulic flow control gate assembly:
The fluid flow limiter is composed of a throttle gate, a hydraulic cylinder, and a hydraulic opening and closing system. It features simple structure, easy maintenance, lightweight, and can be used in any direction, with the added benefit of remote operation. The hydraulic operation is achieved by supplying pressure to the cylinder from an external pump station. The cylinder is connected to the gate, enabling the opening and closing of the gate.

The hydraulic flow control gate is composed of the gate frame, moving gate, guide rail, seal ring, hydraulic cylinder, and control system. The hydraulic flow control gate, based on the water level from the level gauge, sends signals to the RTU, enabling the calculation of the gate's correct position and control of the gate's opening via an actuator. The hydraulic flow control gate can be categorized into flat gate and flap gate, also known as the hydraulic rotating weir gate. It is commonly used in wastewater interception and pipeline projects, installed at wastewater or rainwater outlets, serving the functions of waste water discharge, interception, and separation of rainwater and wastewater.

Maintenance of hydraulic flow control gates and other metal structures:
1. Gate Cleaning: Clean the gate and gate channel of mud, dirt, and attached aquatic organisms, etc., to maintain the gate's cleanliness and the integrity of the coating.
2. Gate Adjustment: When the gate is off-center, it should be adjusted in coordination with the opening and closing machine to correct the deviation; the side wheels should maintain consistent gaps with both sides of the gate slot.
3. Maintenance of gate walking supports and guide devices: lubricants should be regularly applied to the gate roller, lifting lugs, pivot pins, and other parts.
4. Gate Sealing Device Maintenance: Should fit tightly onto the sealing plate.
5. Door Slot Maintenance: Ensure a firm connection with the substrate and a smooth surface. Regularly clean debris and flush periodically.

The hydraulic flow control gate can be installed upstream or downstream. As an integrated system, the hydraulic flow control gate can be mounted at the pipe opening or any location in the channel, with a wide range of applications and economic efficiency. The gate is activated and closed based on the data detected from the configured level gauge and rainfall sensor. After the overall equipment is installed, we will set the level and rainfall values; once the level or rainfall reaches this value, the gate will automatically open; when the level or rainfall falls below the set value, the gate will execute the closing action. The hydraulic flow control gate consists of the gate frame, movable gate, guide rail, seal ring, hydraulic cylinder, control system, etc. The gate, based on the level gauge water level, transmits signals to the RTU, allowing the correct position of the gate to be calculated through the signals and controlled by the actuator to open the gate.
