③ Two-stage pump station: During low-pressure non-return stroke filling, both high and low-pressure pumps supply oil simultaneously, achieving a higher output flow. During high-pressure operation, the low-pressure pump returns oil to the tank automatically under no-load via a relief overflow valve, reducing power consumption.
④ Pressure Holding Function: Under the condition of no oil leakage in the external oil circuit, the pressure outlet is connected to a Φ63X200 oil cylinder. Upon reaching the rated pressure, the pump stops and a timer holds the pressure for 3 minutes, with the pressure drop not exceeding 5MPa.
Application:
① Compatible with hydraulic cylinders or machinery, capable of performing lifting, bending, straightening, extrusion, cutting, riveting, disassembly, and installation tasks.
② Used in certain mechanical equipment as a hydraulic power source.
