The fully automatic labeling machine is a device that can apply rolls of paper labels or foil labels onto PCBs, products, or specified packaging. The labels have adhesive on the back, which is evenly arranged on the glossy backing paper. The Feeder or label stripping mechanism on the labeling machine can automatically remove them. The machine locates PCBs or products from the previous step on the production line and confirms their coordinates visually. After the labeling machine's nozzle picks up the material at the Feeder, it takes a photo on the bottom camera to confirm the label coordinates. Based on the machine's internal algorithms, it aligns the label with the coordinates of the application area and then applies it to the product, achieving high accuracy. The fully automatic labeling machine can handle various tasks such as surface labeling of PCBs, labeling on the original surface of PCBs, flat surface labeling, single or multi-sided labeling of packaging materials, cylindrical labeling, partial or full coverage cylindrical labeling, labeling in concave and corner areas, and more. It is now widely used in the SMT industry to replace manual labor.
