Conveyor Belt: Designed for transporting both unlabelled and labeled products, powered by a 60W 3Φ motor, with a PVC belt conveyor system.

Labeling Host: Drives the entire roll of labels and peels off individual labels for product supply. Composed of a stepper motor, polyurethane separator wheel, label output disk, guide shaft, braking mechanism, label measuring unit, label stripping plate, synchronized collection unit, lifting and lowering mechanism, and front and rear adjustment mechanism.

Labeling Position Adjustment: Used to control labeling at different heights and the left-right positioning of products. The handwheel drives the labeling mainboard to move up, down, and forward and backward to control the position of the labeling board, achieving the effect of adjusting the labeling degree and front and rear positioning.

Power Control: Used for the main power switch and control, as well as indicating power status.

Human-Machine Interface: Used for controlling automated programs, allowing individual control of actions on the interface and the ability to set, store, and read various labeling operation parameters on the interface.

Brush Marking Device: Used to flatten labels on product surfaces during labeling.

Main Power Cabinet: Used for installing the main electrical control components of the equipment, such as stepper motor drivers, voltage regulators, conveyer motor inverters, programmable logic controllers (PLC), etc.
