Spring frame (spring bag frame) is an essential accessory for external filter dust collectors. It comes in two types: with and without Venturi tube, featuring certain flexibility. Due to the space constraints of the indoor environment, there is no sufficient space at the top of the dust collector for replacing the dust frame. Therefore, spring frames or (interlocking) multi-section dust frames are adopted in the design.

Spring frame diameter is generally less than 130mm, made of 5mm diameter steel wire, usually coiled into 35 turns per meter after tensioning. Standard lengths are 1.5M, 2M, and 2.5M. Post-treatment involves zinc plating. The spring frame design is robust and reliable, with an extended service life.
