Spring frame (spring bag frame) is an essential accessory for external filter dust collectors, available in two types: with and without Venturi tube, featuring certain flexibility. Due to the limited indoor space for dust collectors, there is no sufficient space at the top of the dust collector for replacing the frame. Therefore, spring frames or (interlocking) multi-section dust collector frames are adopted in the design.

Product Specifications

The spring frame diameter is generally less than 130mm, made by winding 5mm diameter wire, typically forming 35 turns per meter after extension. The standard stretch lengths are 1.5M, 2M, and 2.5M. The surface is treated with zinc plating after processing. The spring frame is designed with a strong and reliable structure, offering a longer service life.
