The "Victory Gate" Tourism City Sculpture Project is situated at the eastern entrance of Ruijin City, adjacent to the Yapeng Tourism Area. Constructed by Hebei Xintie Garden Architecture Sculpture Co., Ltd., the project commenced in August 2018. The sculpture stands at 52 meters tall with a span of 65 meters, utilizing an overall steel structure. It is a positioning for the city image of Ruijin, a landmark building of the Red Capital, an important window for cultural promotion and showcasing the unique characteristics of the Red Capital.
