KIC X5 Furnace Temperature Tester - Robust Hardware - Easy to Use - Process Optimization
KIC X5 Furnace Temperature Tester - 2-Year Warranty - 24/7 Customer Support
2-year warranty - 24/7 customer support
Robust and exquisite hardware with 2-year warranty
Hardware redesigned for heavy-duty daily use, featuring additional circuit protection, especially against static and leakage technology. KIC also guarantees a 2-year warranty for the hardware of this new temperature-measuring product.
The KIC X5 Furnace Temperature Tester comes in 7-channel, 9-channel, and 12-channel models, all equipped with standard K-type thermocouples. More data sampling is just the beginning. The industry-leading X5 can capture more precise data to identify each temperature curve and process condition within the factory. Temperature curve data can be conveniently transferred to a computer via USB connection. The RF version of the X5, with its wireless radio frequency transmitter, can even transmit curve data to a PC in real-time. The X5 is powered by standard AAA batteries, and you can also opt for rechargeable batteries. The X5 can also be powered by connecting to a computer via USB, thereby extending the battery's lifespan.
KIC X5 Furnace Temperature Tester Intelligent Data Processing Software
The X5 software features a modern, user-friendly graphical interface that quickly and intuitively guides you through the entire temperature curve testing process. All your critical temperature curve process data, including slope, holding time, reflux time, peak temperature, and more, will be measured one by one. In addition, the software calculates the PWI value. The PWI value objectively helps you determine if the temperature curve is within the set process window range in numerical form. A PWI value below 100 indicates the temperature curve is within the process range. The closer your process is to the center of the process window, the lower the PWI value. Therefore, a lower PWI value signifies that your process is closer to the center of the process specifications.
The X5 comes with a standard SPC charting feature, which aids in tracking changes throughout the entire temperature curve.
The X5 revolutionizes the next generation of furnace temperature testers, further enhancing customer production quality, productivity, and process documentation management capabilities, etc.
