Product Name: Composite Ladder
Product Specifications: Customized to Customer's Requirements
Product Material: Composite Material
Product Introduction: Composite garden covers typically utilize a blend of materials, with fiber-reinforced materials being widely used and in abundant quantities. The characteristic of fiber-reinforced materials is their low density, high specific strength, and high modulus of elasticity. For instance, carbon fiber and epoxy resin composites offer specific strength and modulus of elasticity several times greater than steel and aluminum alloys, along with chemical stability, reduced friction and wear resistance, self-lubrication, heat resistance, fatigue resistance, creep resistance, noise reduction, and electrical insulation properties. Graphical design combined with resin composites yields materials with nearly equal coefficients of expansion. Another characteristic of fiber-reinforced materials is their anisotropy, allowing for the design of fiber orientation according to the varying strength requirements of different parts of the component. Aluminum-based composite materials reinforced with carbon fiber and silicon carbide fibers can maintain sufficient strength and modulus at temperatures up to 500°C.
Installation Precautions for Composite Garden Manhole Covers:
To maintain the appearance of the cover, ensure clear surface patterns and lettering. When laying asphalt, cover the manhole cover with thin iron sheet or wood. Black covers can also be coated with waste engine oil to prevent asphalt from splashing onto them.
2. The brick masonry for manhole covers should be constructed according to the dimensions designed by the design institute, or the internal diameter, or length x width, as well as roundness. It can also refer to relevant standards. Additionally, a concrete protective ring 40cm wide should be cast around the manhole cover, with a maintenance period of over 10 days.
3. When installing manhole covers on asphalt roads, be sure to avoid the construction machinery directly crushing the manhole base. During the overall casting of the road surface, leave a hole slightly larger than the manhole base. Place it after the asphalt is laid.
4. After the concrete is poured for the well head or asphalt is laid, the well cover should be opened and cleaned promptly to prevent the mortar or asphalt from bonding the well cover to the seat, which could hinder future opening.
