Product Description

Production Process: Plastic raw materials are heated and melted in an extruder, then extruded through a special rotating head with both inner and outer mold openings, each equipped with several small holes. The molten plastic flows through the mold holes to form two streams of molten material. Due to the rotation of the head, the two streams intermittently converge at a point, forming a network. It is then cooled and shaped into a mesh.

Product Advantages: Corrosion-resistant, high tensile strength, and good flexibility, suitable for replacing metal wire. It boasts excellent corrosion resistance, lightweight, long service life, and odorless transparency.

Product Specifications: Generally, each roll is 1 meter, 1.5 meters, or 2 meters wide, and 50 meters long.
