Chain Plate Conveyor: Also known as Chain Plate Transfer Machine, Chain Plate Line, and Chain Plate Conveyor Belt. It is a type of conveying equipment that uses a reciprocating chain as the traction power and metal plates as the conveying carrier. There are mainly three types of chain plate conveyors on the domestic market: one is made of conveying chain plates composed of chains, support shafts, and metal plates; another is made of metal plate conveyor belts composed of chains with bent plates and metal plates; and the third is the flat-top chain chain plate conveyor.
Specific applications of stainless steel chain plate conveyors in the food industry:
1. Continuous freezing operation for food: The stainless steel chain conveyor belt remains distortion-free even at low temperatures, widely used in cold storage for continuous freezing and quick-freezing processes, and is a crucial component of food freezing machines. Adjusting the conveyor belt's speed also allows for control over the freezing temperature.
2. Food Cooling and Molding: Stainless steel chain conveyors are easy to dissipate heat and maintain hygiene. They can cool and mold tofu, agar, popsicles, milk candy, candies, etc., through natural cooling or backside water spraying. The packaging of jam and similar products can also be extruded into shape using a double steel belt cooling machine.
3. Baking Operations for Food: Stainless steel chain plate conveyors are suitable for continuous cooking and processing of cooked food items such as fish cakes. 4. Drying Operations for Food: Stainless steel chain plate conveyors have excellent heat resistance and a hard, smooth surface, making them ideal for drying powder-based products.
5. Food Conveying Operation: The stainless steel chain plate conveyor belt is clean and hygienic, easy to clean, and resistant to bacterial growth, commonly used for conveying chocolate, sugar, and meat.
