The welding of helical conveyor belts is challenging as it involves welding three components: the stainless steel straight bars, U-shaped chains, and caps. During welding, the current must be adjusted to a higher degree, ensuring a sturdy and tightly sealed weld. Additionally, the appearance should be neat and tidy.
