The 180-degree flip machine is a commonly required equipment in modern industrial production, primarily used for reciprocating flips or rotations of workpieces or products between 0 to 180 degrees, which is beneficial for the operations of subsequent processes.Principle of Flip StructureThe flipper consists of 2 structural units, 6 roller support brackets, and a C-type flipper (the O-type flipper operates on the same principle). The flipper body is designed as a single C-shaped disc and connected to form an integrated structure. The round plates at both ends serve as supports, with one end being the power and positioning disc. It employs a chain as the primary power source, equipped with a 380V motor at the bottom of the tray frame to drive the flipping motion.Principle of Operation ReversalThe equipment uses an electromagnetic brake motor to drive the chain (double-row roller chain) to flip the worktable, achieving the operation purpose of flipping products on the worktable 0~180 degrees. The worktable surface clamping mechanism features a cross arm with 4 hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders for lifting and clamping (depending on the product weight) to ensure sufficient clamping force and stability during the flipping process.Design specifications for a 180-degree flip machineThe 180-degree flip machine can rotate entire pallets, boards, stones, and other workpieces by 180 degrees. It can be installed on assembly lines or used individually with forklifts or cranes, primarily to achieve the 180-degree flipping of workpieces.
