Fence wire mesh, also known as fence guardrail mesh, is a type of guardrail specifically designed for fences. It boasts flexible installation, ease of use, affordability, small mesh size, and excellent corrosion resistance. Common types of fence wire mesh include wavy guardrail mesh, diamond wire mesh guardrail, and double wire guardrail mesh, making them perfectly tailored for fence applications.

1. Knitted Wire Fence Mesh

The welded wire fence used for orchards is actually a combination of the wire mesh and posts, without the need for horizontal bars like in sports fences. The wire mesh features a grip edge and is packaged in rolls for transportation. It can be cut to length as required, and simply unfolded on-site for installation, making it extremely convenient and cost-effective in terms of both transportation and product pricing. The wire mesh can also be made into two types: plastic-coated welded wire mesh and galvanized welded wire mesh. The plastic-coated type includes PVC and PE, with PVC being the superior quality. The galvanized type is further divided into electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized, with the latter being of higher quality.

2. Double-strand wire fence

Double-sided wire fence, also known as double-sided guardrail, is the most concise type of guardrail available, and it's also quite affordable. Typically green, it comes in three standard wire diameters: 3.5MM, 3.8MM, and 4.0MM, with other sizes available for customization. The electroplating of double-sided guardrails is available in two types: hard plastic and foam plastic, with the former being preferable. The difference is that the former is glossy and bright, while the latter lacks luster and is not as durable.

Double-sided guardrails are different from the previous two types; they are produced and installed in sets. The standard size is typically 3*1.8 meters, meaning 3 meters in length and 1.8 meters in height. As a result, there are strict distance restrictions when installing the posts; any deviation is unacceptable, as it would prevent the guardrail from being hung in place.

Generally, framed wire fence and double-sided wire fence are commonly used for standard perimeter fencing.
