Before the installation of pre-bolted bolts and components, technicians provide a detailed briefing to the construction team, and verify the specifications, quantities, and diameters of the bolts and pre-bolted components.
2. When pouring concrete, the vibration rod must not collide with the fixed frame, and concrete pouring towards bolts and embedded parts is not permitted.
3. After the concrete pouring is completed, promptly re-measure the actual values and deviations of the bolts, and keep detailed records. Take corrective actions for any that exceed the allowable deviations, continuing until the design requirements are met.
4. To prevent contamination or rust, wrap the nuts of the anchor bolts with oil film or other materials before and after concrete pouring.
5. Bolts and embedded components must be inspected and approved by supervisors and quality personnel before the concrete pouring. A signed confirmation of their quality is required before concrete can be poured.
